Unadjusted Income (Paid Time Off)
Adjusted Income (Unpaid Time Off)
Comment ça marche
Your unadjusted annual salary is your hourly rate multiplied by the hours you work per week, multiplied by the weeks you work per year. Adjusted salary subtracts the pay you would have received during unpaid vacation and holidays.
Exemple de calcul
If you earn $25/hour, work 40 hours/week, and take 10 unpaid days off (80 hours), your adjusted annual income would be ($25 * 2080) - ($25 * 80) = $52,000 - $2,000 = $50,000.
